This hadith has been reported on the authority of Qatada with the same chain of transmitters that Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) forbade (the preparation of) Nabidh, the rest of the hadith is the same.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا
الإِسْنَادِ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى أَنْ يُنْتَبَذَ . فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ .
